Creating a member account gives you access to members-only content including event locations, the community photo gallery, event photo galleries, and member testimonials. Your account details are stored securely in our database hosted on Hostinger (UK). We do not share your account information with third parties.

We take data security seriously. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard encryption before being stored. Our site is served over HTTPS. We require passwords to contain a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers or symbols, and be at least 8 characters long.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll note the date of the latest update at the top of this page. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Kinetic Collective website (kineticcollective.co.uk), your membership of the Kinetic Collective community, and your attendance at any Kinetic Collective event. By creating a member account, ticking the agreement box when you join, or attending an event, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or attend our events.
Membership is open to individuals aged 18 and over. When you register, you must provide accurate information and keep your login details confidential — you're responsible for any activity under your account. We may decline, suspend, or terminate a membership at our discretion, including where we reasonably believe these Terms or our code of conduct (see below) have been breached.
Some events are booked and managed through Luma (lu.ma), a third-party platform with its own terms and privacy policy. Capacity is limited on most events and a place is not guaranteed until confirmed. We reserve the right to change a venue, date, or run order, or to cancel an event, and will let you know as soon as reasonably possible if we do. Unless stated otherwise on the event listing, event fees (where applicable) are non-refundable if you cancel, though we will always try to be reasonable in genuine circumstances.
Kinetic Collective exists to bring people together in a welcoming, respectful environment. At events and in our WhatsApp community, we ask that you:
We may remove any member from an event, our WhatsApp group, or the community entirely, without refund, if we reasonably believe this code of conduct has been breached.
If you submit a testimonial, photo, or other content to us (for example, via the "Share Your Experience" feature), you confirm it's your own genuine opinion or content and grant Kinetic Collective a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on our website and social media channels. Submitted testimonials are reviewed by our team before publication, and we may edit for length, decline to publish, or remove any submission at our discretion — for example, if it's inaccurate, offensive, or breaches these Terms.
The Kinetic Collective name, logo, and website content (excluding member-submitted content) belong to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, resell, or otherwise use our branding or website content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
We do our best to run safe, well-organised events, but participation in any physical activity (such as padel or other sport) carries inherent risk, and you take part at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kinetic Collective is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or attendance at an event. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
You may leave the community and request deletion of your account at any time by emailing community@kineticcollective.co.uk. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data when you do.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to how the community operates. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the website or continued membership after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
